About Samson

Samson Realty, LLC is 100% locally owned and operated. Its Broker/Owner, Danny Samson, began working in the Northern Virginia real estate market in 1986. He founded Samson Realty in 2001. Since that time it has grown to over 200 agents with offices located in Alexandria, Chantilly, Fredricksburg, and Leesburg.

In 2006 and 2007, Samson Realty, LLC worked with clients throughout the region, including Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland in over 2,100 transactions. These transactions represent a two-year total value of over $1.02 billion. In 2007, Samson listings sold, on average, in 57 days for 98% of their list price.

In addition to Danny Samson, Mike Briggs, Managing Broker, and Leona Nutter, Associate Broker, oversee the daily operations of Samson Realty. Together, the Samson brokers have nearly a century of real estate expertise at their command.

Samson Realty, LLC is a full-service brokerage, which offers its clients 4-4 ½% listings. In addition, Samson offers ½% cash back to buyers of resale homes and 1% cash back for new home purchases.
