I offer cash back to all of my clients who purchase a new home. The cash
back amount is based upon the sales price of the home you purchase. For re-sale
homes, I offer ½% ($500 per $100,000). On new homes, I offer 1% cash back
($1,000 per $100,000).
Clients can choose to receive cash at closing, or a credit to off-set closing
costs.
