Samson Realty, LLC offers clients 4-4.5% full-service listings. This means that Samson collects a brokerage fee of either 4 or 4.5% for listing and selling your home.

Here's how our program works. If you list and buy through me, then I offer a 4% brokerage fee for listing your current home, plus the cash back program for your new home purchase.

If you have only a single transaction, the sale of your current property, then I offer a full-service listing for a 4.5% brokerage fee.

It is our policy to always reserve a full 3% brokerage fee for the buyer's agent. All fees are based on the final sales price of your home.
