What
is a mini photo session?
I’ve hired a professional photographer who will be at the event to take
photos. Photos can be solo, family
photos, or anything in between. It’s a
brief session – just 10 minutes. After
the event, you’ll receive a digital image from your mini session via
email. You will have a full photography
release of the photo, so you can use it for anything you’d like – social media,
cards, framing, etc.
Who’s the photographer?
Do
I need an appointment?
Yes! You will need to schedule an
appointment for a mini photo session.
Sessions are limited by available time as they will be outdoors in

How long will the photo session last?
Each mini photo session is scheduled for 10 minutes.
What does it cost to schedule an appointment?
There’s no cost to you as you’re my guest.

I mean it! There’s absolutely no cost you.
When
will I get my photo?
You will receive a print-ready digital image about 2 weeks after the
event. Photos will be sent to you via
email.
What treats will be available?
Individually-wrapped “cupcuteries” from Oh Graze Away will be available to enjoy on site or to take home with you.
What
if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
The cupcuteries can be customized ahead of the event. Please contact me to request gluten-free,
vegetarian, or nut-free options. lori@loveyourmove.com Requests must be submitted by October 21st.
Do
I have to get my photo taken?
No! Feel free to come just for the
treats!
Do
I have to eat the food?
No! Feel free to come just for the pics!
Can I come in costume?
Absolutely!
What
happens if it rains?
The picnic pavilion is covered; we’re on rain or shine.
